Working with architects Atelier West, who realised the Client’s brief of creating “beautiful, simple dining”, by combined two smaller premises to create a single large restaurant in one of London’s iconic locations.
The reconfiguration required to create this new Italian Restaurant involved the full restoration of the façade, new stair, kitchen and back of house. The main feature of the ground floor of the restaurant is a dramatically lit steel-framed glazed wine store adjoining a central island bar.
Boom Collective were employed to undertake the mechanical and electrical design, within a tight timeframe and to provide support throughout Construction and into operation.
