Scarcity and Creativity in the Built Environment (www.scibe.eu), explores the relationship between scarcity and creativity in the context of the built environment, led by Jeremy Till together with the University of Westminster and the SEED Foundation, (www.scibe.eu), focusing on four cities; London, Oslo, Reykjavik and Vienna.

BOOM Collective collaborated on a series of workshops and were successful in being selected to develop a concept of a Zero Carbon Transport Hub in Bromley by Bow, developing a regenerative development where local prosperity and trade thrives within a carbon positive infrastructure.
