Initially commissioned by the owners’ loss adjusters to act as building services dilapidation experts on this fire damaged property, BOOM Collective has been appointed as Building Services Engineering consultants for the full-scale redevelopment of this large private residence in Highgate, North London.
Working with Richard Mitzman Architects on a repeat basis, our work includes the Whole Life Cost analysis of feasible low and zero carbon technologies and the delivery of a performance specification for a fully integrated whole house Building Automations Control system.
